When guaranteed timeframes are required by the client - written approval to go-ahead is required. To help ensure our prices remain cost effective, clients are asked to proof their own jobs. Design work is proofed prior to printing and every effort is made to ensure jobs are free of mistakes or typos prior to printing however, any mistakes not picked up by the client are the responsibility of the client. We use a dedicated overnight freight service to ensure quick, accurate delivery of your goods. Bulk or rural deliveries are an extra 1-2 days over and above this. There is no packaging or freight charge for jobs picked up from our office. Back to topCan I cancel the job?
Any jobs cancelled after design work has commenced will be invoiced at the standard charge-out rates. A minimum cost will apply (see terms and conditions below). Back to topWhat is your reject and redo policy?
All jobs to be reprinted must be returned before the replacement job is dispatched. Redo's must be lodged within 1 month from date of invoice.

Our aim is to always provide the full quantity of a job requested. However short supply may occur. In the event of this happening, you will either be resupplied with extra product or where it is not commercially viable to resupply you, you will be offered a pro-rata discount.
